Proiect Number 2098RV45 November 30 2017 <br /> 2.3.2 Groundwater Analytical Services <br /> Groundwater samples will be chemically analyzed at ProVera for VOCs using EPA <br /> Method 8260b full list, which includes chlorinated hydrocarbons, volatile aromatic <br /> compounds and naphthalene. <br /> 2.3.3 Disposal of Sampling Purge Water <br /> Sampling purge water, well development water and drilling decontamination water <br /> (see above) will be combined and after receipt of analytical results will be transported <br /> under the appropriate manifesting to a properly certified and licensed recycler. <br /> 2.4 Reporting <br /> After receipt of the analytical reports, a site investigation report of findings (SIROF) <br /> will be prepared. The SIROF will include, but not necessarily be limited to the <br /> following: <br /> ■ A copy of USA ticket(s) and boring/well permits; <br /> ■ A description of methods and procedures used to perform the site investigation; <br /> ■ Tabular and graphical summaries as warranted, of field and analytical data; <br /> ■ Copies of boring logs; <br /> ■ As-built diagrams of groundwater monitoring wells; <br /> ■ Copies of waste transport manifests and disposal/recycling documentation; <br /> ■ Copies of laboratory analytical reports (soil and aqueous); <br /> ■ Appropriate conclusions and recommendations; and <br /> ■ The SIROF will be prepared under the supervision of, will be reviewed by, and <br /> will be certified by a State of California Professional Engineer, or Professional <br /> Geologist. <br /> 3.0 SCHEDULE <br /> EzC can commence work on this project immediately after approval of this Workplan <br /> by the CRWQCB. Scheduling tasks are summarized below: <br /> Phase One <br /> 1. Approximately 3 weeks will be necessary to obtain boring permits; <br /> 12/1/2017 - 12/21/2017 <br /> 2. Once the permits are in place, EzC will schedule the drilling subcontractor; <br /> 12/21/2017 - 12/29/2017 <br /> 3. Once the drilling subcontractor is scheduled, the site visit will be conducted to <br /> mark borings and locate utilities. This visit will be conducted to coincide with <br /> the Site History investigation. Three (3) working days prior to drilling, USA <br /> Underground will be notified for utility locating; <br /> 12/21/2017 - 12/29/2017 <br /> 4. It is estimated that the drilling work to install soil borings will take <br /> approximately 3 days including mobilization and; <br /> 1/2/2018 1/5/2018 <br /> E2C Remediation 8 <br />
