Project Number 2098RV45 November 30 2017
5. Performing soil and soil vapor laboratory analysis. Fast turn-a-round time (TAT)
will be requested of the laboratory for chemical analyses of samples;
1/8/2018 - 1/11/2018
Phase Two
Groundwater monitoring wells will only be installed if the First Phase of
Investigation indicates that a release has occurred and groundwater resources
are potentially impacted. However, in order to keep any potential delays
between Phase One and Phase Two to a minimum, the San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department Well/Pump Permit Application has already
been completed, and will be filed immediately upon determination that Phase
Two is necessary. A copy of the completed permit is included as Appendix C.
6. Approximately 3 weeks will be necessary to obtain well drilling permit;
1/15/2018 - 2/5/2018
7. Once the drilling subcontractor is scheduled, the site visit will be conducted to
mark borings and locate utilities. Three (3) working days prior to drilling, USA
Underground will be notified for utility locating;
2/5/20182/9/2018
8. It is estimated that the drilling work to install groundwater monitoring wells
will take approximately 2 days includes mobilization and;
2/12/2018 2/16/2018
9. After well installation, it will require and additional week to develop the
groundwater monitoring wells, sample groundwater at the wells and have the
wells surveyed.
2/19/2018 - 2/23/2018
10.Performing groundwater laboratory analysis. Fast turn-a-round time (TAT) will
be requested of the laboratory for chemical analyses of samples;
2/26/2018 - 3/2/2018
11.A SIROF will be issued approximately 14 days after receipt of the laboratory
reports.
If groundwater investigation is not necessary: l/15/2018 - 1/31/2018
If groundwater investigation is necessary: 3/5/2018-3/16/2018
Note: Due to the phased approach, an extension of time will be needed if
groundwater investigation is warranted. This phased approach will help avoid
placing wells in locations with high soil contamination, if groundwater
investigation is necessary.
E2C Remediation 9
