The DTSC approved PEA, Health and <br />Safety Plan (HASP), Quality Assurance Project Plan (QAPP), and Sampling and Analysis Plan <br />(SAP) for the proposed Tracy Hills Elementary School Site can be reviewed through DTSC's <br />web-based Envirostor data management system (DTSC ENVIROSTOR — Tracy Hills Site — <br />Proposed Elementary School (6002404)). <br />I have attached the additional documents listed below for our review. <br />Boring Permit Fee for $912.00C,NKAS,hacILLIo. 514041 <br />Nested Soil Gas Sampling Probe Detail <br />Well Construction Detail <br />Proposed Well Installation Activities <br />WKA staff will utilized the California Environmental Protection Agency, Department of Toxic <br />Substances Control (DTSC), Los Angeles Regional Water Quality Control Board, San Francisco <br />Regional Water Quality Control Board, Advisory Active Soil Gas investigations, dated July 2015, <br />and DTSC's Guidance Document for the Implementation of United States Environmental <br />Protection Agency Method 5035: Methodologies for Collection, Preservation, Storage, and <br />Preparation of Soils to be Analyzed for Volatile Organic Compounds, dated November 2004, <br />to guide soil gas well installation and sampling methodology and protocol selection of the <br />number of soil sample locations and the potential contaminants appropriate for evaluating soil <br />gas at the Site. <br />www.wallace-kuhl.com
