Site Assessment Work Plan <br />Yandell Truckaway <br />1002 North Broadway, Stockton, California <br />1.0. INTRODUCTION <br />Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (AGE) has prepared this Site Assessment Work Plan <br />for the property located at 1002 North Broadway, Stockton, California (site).This work <br />plan provides a description of the scope of work and procedures to be used for soil <br />boring advancement, soil sample collection and laboratory analysis. <br />This work plan has been prepared as required by the San Joaquin County <br />Environmental Health Department (EHD) application for drilling permit. This <br />investigation is being conducted in accordance with recommendations outlined in a <br />September 2017 Phase I report to address potential concerns near the on-site septic <br />system. The location of the site is presented on Figure 1 and a plan of the site with <br />proposed soil boring locations is presented on Figure 2. <br />2.0. SCOPE OF WORK <br />Based on historical site usage (i.e. truck driving school), a soil investigation is being <br />conducted at the site and near the onsite septic system. The following basic tasks <br />include: <br />Permitting and pre-field work activities. <br />Advancement of two (2) 15-foot soil borings for collection of soil samples. <br />Report preparation. <br />Each of these tasks is described in greater detail below. <br />2.1. PERMITTING AND PRE-FIELD WORK ACTIVITIES <br />Applicable site assessment permits will be obtained, including boring/well permits from <br />the EHD. Also, a site-specific Health and Safety Plan will be prepared. Prior to <br />mobilization, each soil probe location will be clearly marked and a utility clearance <br />obtained through Underground Service Alert. The EHD will be contacted a minimum of <br />72-hours prior to conducting investigation activities to arrange for inspection. <br />Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc.
