American Street <br />Stockton, San Joaquin County <br />Water Resource Control Board's Low Threat Underground Storage Tank Case Closure <br />Policy (LTCP). <br />Site conditions appear to meet the LTCP General, Groundwater Specific, and Petroleum <br />Vapor Intrusion criteria. As such, if the collected shallow soil data meet the LTCP <br />criteria, please include in the requested Site Assessment Report a comparison of Site <br />data and a discussion of how Site data meet all criteria of the LTCP. <br />The most recent groundwater sampling event at the Site was performed in June 2017. <br />Please sample Site monitoring wells during 2nd quarter 2018, and include the results in <br />the requested Site Assessment Report. <br />For clarification purposes, while the referenced address for this Site is, and will continue <br />to be, 820 S. American Street, according to San Joaquin County Assessor's records the <br />Site actually consists of three separate parcels: 824 S. American Street (APN <br />147-292-11), 603 E.
