CHOW ENGINEERING, INC. <br />Rev. 6, 8-8-14 <br /> <br />8.2 Record Keeping <br />All training, monitoring, technical data and other reports issued by CE on this project <br />are recorded and maintained by CE as required. Technical reports are distributed to <br />the appropriate parties as required and copies are kept by CE at its offices in Oakland, <br />CA. <br /> <br />9.0 Emergency Procedures <br />In case of site emergencies regarding site workers addressing potential hazardous <br />materials releases, CE will utilize the standard emergency communication system by <br />dialing 911 for reporting of emergency incidents to the local response authorities. <br />CE and any site personnel will take action to contain any spill if the danger level can be <br />managed, until Emergency Response personnel arrive to mitigate the site conditions. If <br />the danger level is high and cannot be managed, CE and site personnel will evacuate <br />the site to a safe zone (Owner's office trailer near the entrance to the facility) and will be <br />prepared to direct Emergency Response personnel to the site upon their arrival. <br /> <br />9.1 Emergency Health and Safety Procedures - Injuries <br />For non-life threatening and field treatable emergency such as minor cuts and bruises, <br />the standard field first aid kit will be utilized. After stabilization, the patient will be <br />transported as required, to non-emergency medical services. <br />CE will maintain and utilize cellular phones at the site at all times. <br />For life threatening and non-field treatable emergency, transport will be made by <br />ambulance to the closest hospital offering emergency services as indicated below and <br />on the attached route map: <br />FIRST PRIORITY MEDICAL SERVICES <br />Sutter Tracy Community Hospital <br />1420 N. Tracy Blvd. <br />Tracy, CA <br />Admissions/Information: (209) 835-1500 <br />Route: Start out going North on CORRAL HOLLOW RD. (8.0 miles); Turn RIGHT <br />onto 11TH ST. 0.9 miles); Turn LEFT onto TRACY BLVD. (0.3 miles). <br />The attached map indicates the Work Site Location as well as the location of the <br />medical services. <br />8
