MW-8 Please locate borings B-14 through B-19 as discussed in the November 2016
letter.
In the November 2016 letter, Central Valley Water Board staff requested that you collect
grab groundwater samples from between 30-40 ft below ground surface in borings B-14
through B-19. However, as shallow well MW-13 is non-impacted, sampling at this depth
is not necessary in borings B-14 and B-15. However, please collect grab groundwater
samples from this depth in borings B-16 through B-19.
The remaining scope of work as discussed in this letter and the November 2016 letter is
By 29 June 2018, piease submit an Assessment Report which details the
installation/advancement of the above discussed well/borings and the resultant findings,
and include recommendations for additional assessment if necessary. In the report,
please include a cross section which depicts Site lithology along a line roughly parallel to
groundwater flow extending from on-site to the furthest downgradient sampling locations.
In addition to lithological data, on the cross section please also include groundwater
analytical data for wells and borings.
