Full scan volatile organic compounds (VOCs) by EPA Method 8260 <br />Fill scan semi-VOCs (SVOCs) by EPA Method 82700 <br />Polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) by EPA Method 8082 <br />PAHs (benz[a]anthracene, benzo[a]pyrene, benzo[b]fluoranthene, benzo[k]fluoranthene, chrysene, <br />dibenz(a,h)anthracene, and indeno(1,2,3-cd)pyreneby) by EPA Method 8270C SIM <br />Title 22 metals (including antimony, arsenic, barium, beryllium, cadmium, chromium, cobalt, copper, <br />lead, molybdenum, nickels, selenium, silver, thallium, vanadium, and zinc by EPA Method 6010; and <br />mercury by EPA Method 7471) <br />Soil samples from boring B-5 will be analyzed for Title 22 metals. All samples will be analyzed on a <br />standard turnaround time. <br />2.6 Investigation Derived Waste <br />Waste generated during site assessment activities will be stored onsite in labeled DOT approved <br />55-gallon drums pending analysis and proper disposal at a Chevron and state approved disposal facility. <br />3. Schedule and Future Activities <br />Site assessment field activities will commence following written approval of this work plan by the RWQCB. <br />3.1 Anticipated Future Activities <br />GHD anticipates completing the following future activities at the site. <br />3.1.1 Groundwater Monitoring and Sampling <br />Gettler-Ryan of Dublin, California will gauge and sample site wells. GHD will complete a report <br />summarizing groundwater sampling activities and data by October 30, 2017. <br />3.1.2 Soil Vapor Sampling <br />GHD will collect samples from existing soil vapor probes VP-1 through VP-4 in accordance with the <br />RWQCB's July 31, 2017 letter (Attachment A) and with the Department of Toxic Substances Control's <br />Advisory Active Soil Gas Investigations guidance document. <br />3.1.3 Site Assessment Reporting <br />GHD will prepare a report summarizing the activities and findings related to the five soil borings and soil <br />gas sampling, including analytical results, upon completion of field activities and receipt of analytical <br />reports. <br />632277D-RPT 24-WORK PLAN ADDENDUM docx SECOND ADDENDUM 4
