A copy of this <br />correspondence and the inspection report has also been forwarded to the operator, San Joaquin <br />County Public Works Department, Solid Waste Division. <br />The facility was evaluated for compliance with applicable sections of Division 30 PRC, and with <br />Title 27, California Code of Regulations (CCR), Division 2, Subdivision 1, Consolidated <br />Regulations for Treatment, Storage, Processing, or Disposal of Solid Waste. <br />During the inspection CIWMB staff noted the following: <br />There were two violations of Division 30 PRC: <br />Section 44004 — Significant Change; and, <br />Section 44014(b) — Terms and Conditions of the Permit. <br />2.
