There were three areas of concern of Title 27 CCR: <br />• Section 20680 — Daily Cover <br />• Section 20700 — Intermediate Cover <br />• Section 20760 — Nuisance Control <br />As the San Joaquin County local enforcement agency, please continue to work with the operator <br />to bring this facility into compliance with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. <br />Appropriate enforcement action should be taken by the local enforcement agency as necessary to <br />ensure compliance.
