Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP º F -- COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />Final inspection. <br />Cold water is provided to 3 comp sink, prep sink and hand sink in the new food prep room. <br />New 3 comp sink with 2 drain boards is installed in the new food prep room. <br />Gaps at coving base sheets installed in the walk in cooler, are completely sealed. <br />Walk in cooler temp is 34F and walk in freezer is at 10F. <br />All violations reported on 06-09-21 had been corrected. <br />Okay to operate the new food prep area. <br />PE 1625 as facility has Arby's under the same permit. Program Element will not change. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
