(Supervisorial District 4) <br />OWNER: Camillo Leventini, et al <br />Joyce Saco, et al <br />ADDRESS: 8450 E. Jahant Road, Acampo <br />INFORMATION: <br />APPLICANT: Baumbach & Piazza <br />APN: 007-050-13, -46 & -47 <br />The site is not currently located within a Federal Emergency Management Agency Designated Flood <br />Hazard Area. <br />Jahant Road has an existing right-of-way of 50 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 60 feet. <br />The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when parcels are developed. The fee is due and <br />payable at the time of building permit application. <br />The Regional Transportation Impact Fee will be required when parcels are developed. The fee is due <br />and payable at the time of building permit application. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />1)The Parcel Map requirement is waived. A Certificate of Compliance is required. A fee based on the <br />current fee schedule is required for the processing of the legal descriptions.
