e. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply antl shall be shown on the Si[e <br /> Plan: <br /> 1. This project will be required to comply with the Model Water Efficient Landscape Ordinance <br /> Requirement per California Coda of Regulations,Title 23, Division2,Chapter 2.7. <br /> h. SCREENING: All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, shall <br /> be screened so as not to be visible from adjacent properties and public rights-of-way. SIGNS:Sign details shall be consistent with Chapter 9-171 O of the Development Titles and be included <br /> on the Si[e Plan. A building permit for each separate structure or builtling is required. Submit plans, Specifications <br /> and supporting calculations,prepared by a Registered Design Professional(architect or engineer) <br /> for each structure or building, showing compliance with The 2019 California Building, Existing <br /> Building,Mechanical, Plumbing,Electrical,Energy and Flre codes as may ba applicable. Plans for <br /> the different buildings or struMur¢s may be combin¢d into a single set of construction documents. <br /> 2. A grading permit will be required for this project. Submit plans and grading calculations, including <br /> a statement of the estimated quantities of excavation and till, prepared by a Registered Design <br /> Professional.
