Yes Notify Local Fire Department, County Department of Environmental Health, and CA Governor's Office of Emergency Services Coordination Agreements Sierra Chemical Co. will establish written and verbal agreements with off-site emergency response agencies for firefighting, medical assistance, hazardous materials response, and law enforcement on or before April 1, 2016 with the Stockton Police Department, Fire Department, the nearest hospital, the Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC), the CA Office of Emergency Services, and any waste haulers used by Sierra Chemical Co. In the event that onsite response resources are unable to provide all the needed response actions during fire, hazardous materials, or natural disaster, the IC or EHSS Manager will notify the appropriate off-site response agencies and request assistance.
