Provide a statement to the San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department that the correction is complete. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 105 CCR 66262.34(d)(2)No emergency coordinator. <br /> OBSERVATION: A complete modified contingency plan with an assigned emergency coordinator was not <br /> observed at the facility. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The emergency coordinator or his designee must respond to any emergencies that <br /> arise.
