BUILDING PERMIT: Submit an "APPLICATION-GRADING BUILDING PERMIT••. The Site Plan <br /> required as a part of the grading building permit must show drainage, driveway acc¢ss details <br /> including gates, on-site parKing, landscaping, signs, existing and proposed utility services, and <br /> grading (refer to the "SITE PLAN CHECK LIST" for details)_ A fee is required for iha Site Plan <br /> review. (Development Title Section 9-884) <br /> b. APPROVED USE: This approval is to establish a farm services facility that provides portable <br /> restroom services to agricultural operations, including ancillary septic pumping services, as shown <br /> on the revised site pian dated February Y, 2022. The project includes the construction of a 4,750 <br /> square foot building with office, shop, and storage, and the outdoor storage of up to 50 portable <br /> toilets. All portable toilets are emptied end cl¢an¢d off-site prior to storage. (Use Typ¢: Farm <br /> Services) <br /> c. CAPITAL FACILITY FEE: This project may ba subject to the Capital Facility Fee. If the Capital <br /> Facility Fee is applicable, the County shall collect the fees before the issuance of any building <br /> permits. (Development Title Section 9-Y 245.2) <br /> d. PARKING: Off-street parking shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (Y) A minimum of six(6) parking spaces shall be provided. (Development Title Section 9-Y 0Y 5.9) <br /> (2) Parking spaces for persons with disability shall ba provided as required by Chapters Y Y A and Y Y B <br /> of the California Building Code. <br /> (3) Each parking stall shall be an unobstructed rectangle,minimum nine(9)feet wide and twenty(20) <br /> feet long. (Development Title Section 9-Y OY5S(b]) <br /> (4) All parking stalls and directional arrows must be delineated with paint.(Development Title Section <br /> 9-t 0Y 5.5[dJ) <br /> e. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on the Site <br /> Plan: <br /> (7) Access driveways shall nave a width of no less than twenty-flue (25) feat for two-way aisles <br /> and sixteen (Y 6)feat for one-way aisles, except that in no case shall driveways designated as <br /> fire department access be less than twenty (20) feet wide.
