Submit plans antl grading calculations,including <br /> a statement of the estimated quantities of excavation and till, prepared by a Registered Design <br /> Professional. The grading plan shall show the existing grade and finishatl gratia in contour <br /> Intervals of sufficient clarity to intlicate the nature antl extent of the work and show In detail that It <br /> complies with the requirements of the cotle. The plans shall show the¢xisting gratia on atljoining <br /> properties In sufficient detail to identify how grade changes will conform to the requirements of the <br /> code. <br /> (3) A soils report is required pursuant to CBC § 1803 for foundations antl CBC appendix§Jt04 for <br /> grading. All recommendations of th¢ Soils Report shall ba incorporated into the construction <br /> drawings. <br /> (4) Projects that inclutle the use of an existing structure or bullding that was approved with a tllfferent <br /> occupancy classification than the proposed use,will constitute a change of occupancy. A change <br /> of occupancy will require a cotla analysis report and necessary plans prepared by a Registeretl <br /> Design Professional (architect or engineer) In accordance with the California Builtling Cotler antl <br /> Existing Building Cotle in effect on[ha application date for the building permit(s).
