I explained that there was nothing I could do, however, I told her that if the recreation vehicles were disconnected I will not red tag them. I also told her I will call her when I go so she is aware of that. She is still not clear why we can't have her keep the sewage connections to the septic tank, she states that she does not put any chemical in the recreational vehicle and that it sounded outrageous that we will not give her a permit for that and everyone has a septic system and does the same thing. I told her again that it is not permitted. SHe then told me that the tenant thinks she wants to evict the tenant and that she complained to get her out of the recreational vehicle and stated there is a lease agreement. I told her to contact fair housing. I told her she could talk to Scott about it and provided his number. 03/17/2021 Reviewed complaint, printed parcel viewer and looked up permits plus. SALINAS 03/18/2021 Received message from Celia regarding SANGALANG 03/18/2021 Received message from had questions about SANGALANG Aldara's inspection yesterday. I reviewed the log2 and called Aldara to discuss. I spoke with both Aldara and Michael S about what is at the site. It sounds like the electrical connection may not be hazardous; however, the sewer connection to the septic tank is not allowed. I called Celia and spoke to her. After much discussion, I explained that the RV connections to the septic tank are illegal and not allowed. The electrical may stay as long as it is not hazardous or poses any safety issues. I told her that she may have a self-contained tank on the RV itself and have it disposed of properly, but it cannot be connected to the septic tank. I told her have it disconnected or have a self contained tank on the RV so we can close the complaint. 06/23/2021 started the creation of a nhoto log and an official inspection report for the SALINAS Recreational vehicle .
