This is a repeat violation. CAL CODE DESCRIPTION: Depth markers shall be clearly marked in the following locations: at maximum depth, at minimum depth, at each end, on both sides at each end, at the slope break, and along the perimeter of the pool at distances not to exceed 25 feet. Depth markers shall be 4 inches high in a contrasting color and be marked in units of feet and inches. For pool water depths 6 feet and shallower, markers with universal "NO DIVING" symbol shall be installed on the deck directly adjacent to the depth markers. CAL CODE DESCRIPTION: The pool operator shall ensure that the pool water is maintained at a level that will allow continuous removal of surface debris through the pool skimming system. (CCR 65533) #22 Skimmer Assembly OBSERVATIONS: Trash inside skimmer. Remove and keep clean. CAL CODE DESCRIPTION: Pool shall be equipped to provide continuous skimming of the pool water. All parts of the skimmer shall be maintained in accordance with manufacturer specifications. (CBC 31368) #23 Pool Inlets and Outlets OBSERVATIONS: Bottom inlet (additive) cover popped out about 1 foot. Repair and ensure cover is installed securely and will not pop out. This is a repeat violation. CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Inlet fitting shall not protrude greater than 1 inch into the pool and shall be rounded and smooth. Wall inlets shall be capable of adjusting the direction of flow. Each pool shall be provided with a main drain submerged suction outlet typically located at the bottom of the pool. (CBC 31378) #38 Filter Cleaning and Maintenance OBSERVATIONS: Influent slightly over 14 psi and effluent slightly below 4 psi. Clean or baddlush filter so difference of the two gauges is less than 10 psi. CAL CODE DESCRIPTION: All filters shall be maintained in accordance with manufacturer's specifications.
