A notification message may be sent <br />to staff. <br />Insurance reporting Notify owner's insurance and CBRE Global Risk Management of possible <br />Claims, <br />Business Operations - Short-term Recovery (0 to 1 day} <br />Notification ✓ Ensure regular client and tenant communications procedures are <br />established. <br />Office Closure Updates ✓ Ensure that staff is aware of office closures (and re -openings) and <br />alternate workplace location. The following CBRE corporate <br />communication tools are available: <br />• Mass Notification. A text, phone and email message may be sent <br />to all staff using Notifind. For assistance, contact the Business <br />Continuiiyteam via the Emergency Hotline: 1.866-635-2512 <br />Email access Ensure staff may access email. Use email guide to use Outlook Web <br />Access if needed. <br />Phone Forwarding Where feasible, forward management office phones to mobiles or alternate <br />location. Forwarding for short-term outages is usually available only when <br />power remains to the building. <br />VPN access for share Users working from home or other (non-CBRE locations) should use VPN <br />drive and CBRE and CBRE devices to access their systems. Use the VPN guide for <br />applications access assistance in logging on. <br />Critical operations Where short-term deliverables, or critical functions must be performed, a <br />limited number of staff may be relocated to nearby facilities as appropriate: <br />• Determine key employees that must be relocated. <br />• Verify that there is sufficient space available at alternate locations. <br />For Internal Use Only CBRE <br />
