MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM -8- <br /> COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN <br /> NORTH COUNTY RECYCLING CENTER AND SANITARY LANDFILL <br /> CLASS III LANDFILL <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> Thereafter, the COCs for the ground water monitoring program shall include those COCl <br /> detected and any COCs detected under the leachate monitoring program. <br /> 5. Surface Water Monitoring <br /> South Paddv Creek shall be sampled upstream of the waste management facility at <br /> background monitoring point S-1, and downstream at monitoring points S-2 and S-4. <br /> Surface water samples are to be collected after the first storm of the rainy season which <br /> produces significant flow and quarterly thereafter when water is present. Samples shall <br /> be collected from all stations and analyzed at the frequency and for the monitoring <br /> parameters specified in Table III. <br /> Surface water monitoring reports shall be submitted with the corresponding quarterly <br /> ground water monitoring and shall include evaluation of potential impacts of the facility <br /> on surface water quality and compliance with the Water Quality Protection Standard. <br />
