Those COCs that are detected will be analyzed in the Spring of 1995. <br /> Any COCs detected in the retest sample shall be included in the COC list for surface water. <br /> Thereafter. the COCs for the surface water monitoring program shall include those COCs <br /> detected and any COCs detected under the leachate monitoring program. <br />
