Chip, process, transport, and market the MATERIAL at a
cost of $18 .00 per ton.
2 . Market or otherwise utilize the MATERIAL for purposes
other than transformation or disposal as defined by
Assembly Bill 939 . You 've indicated that you
anticipate using the MATERIAL for any or a combination
of the following uses:
• Composting
• Direct application as a soil amendment
• Alternate daily cover at a permitted
facility
3 . Begin the project during the week of July 10, 1995.
