Provide equipment and manpower to load the MATERIAL
into CWRS transfer vehicles.
2 . Allow CWRS to leave the MATERIAL stockpiled at the
NCRC&SL for a period of time (no longer than two
months) , if the material is used for composting.
3 . Keep approximately 200 tons of the MATERIAL for on-site
use.
4 . Pay CWRS for the service through the Term Agreement
currently being established for the ongoing processing
of green/wood waste at the NCRC&SL.
if this is not your understanding, please contact me at 468-3066.
I look forward to continuing working with you on this project.
Thank you for your assistance you've provided to date.
Sincerely,
JAIME L.
