MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM -6- <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> NORTH COUNTY SANITARY LANDFILL <br /> CLASS III LANDFILL <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> unrelated to waste management activities at the site, the Discharger may request <br /> modification of these water quality protection standards. <br /> Statistical Procedures for Determining Significant Increases <br /> The significance of increases in indicator parameters and waste constituents over <br /> water quality protection standards shall be established through the use of Board <br /> approved statistical procedures. <br /> REPORTING <br /> In reporting the monitoring data, the Discharger shall arrange the data in <br /> tabular form so that the date, the constituents, the concentrations, and the <br /> units are readily discernible. The data shall be summarized in such a manner so <br /> as to illustrate clearly the compliance with waste discharge requirements or lack <br /> thereof . <br /> Monthly monitoring reports shall be submitted to the Board by the 15th day of the <br /> month following the month in which the samples were taken or observations made. <br /> Quarterly, semiannual , and annual monitoring reports shall be submitted to the <br /> Board by the 15th day of the month following the calendar quarter in which the <br /> samples were taken or observations made. <br /> The results of any monitoring done more frequently than required at the locations <br /> specified herein shall be reported to the Board. <br /> The Discharger shall submit an annual report to the Board by 15 November of each <br /> year describing the measures taken to comply with Discharge Specification B.15. <br /> A report shall be submitted to the Board by 30 January of each year containing <br /> both tabular and graphical summaries of the monitoring data obtained during the <br /> previous year. The report shall include a discussion of compliance with the <br /> waste discharge requirements. <br /> The Discharger shall implement the above monitoring program on the effective date <br /> of this Order. <br /> �lJ , <br /> Ordered by • <br /> WILLIAM H.
