Hazelton Ave. <br />Stockton, CA 95201 <br />F <br />San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division has <br />received the letter of February 14, 1992 requesting approval of a pilot recycling <br />program at the North County Recycling Center and Sanitary Landfill. <br />The Environmental Health Division (EHD) agrees to grant approval of a pilot recycling <br />program which will allow for the recycling of materials such as paper, cardboard <br />plastics, glass, yard waste, and rubber goods. EHD's approval of this pilot recycling <br />program will not correct the permit violation (PRC 44004) noted on the 5-26-92 <br />inspection, but it will allow you to operate the pilot recycling program. <br />Please be advised that this approval will expire December 31, 1992.
