These estimates are in accordance with <br />previously approved corrective action cost estimates, updated as follows: <br />Operation costs are accumulated over a 30 -year corrective action period <br />Costs of the landfill gas components are increased to reflect a contractor's bid submitted June <br />2008 for similar work at our Corral Hollow Landfill <br />Costs for other components are increased by 2.7% in accordance with the California Integrated <br />Waste Management Board's annual escalation factor <br />I have also included excerpts from our previous cost estimate, for ease of comparison. <br />Please review the enclosed estimates, and if you find them reasonable, we would greatly appreciate a <br />letter stating this for our transmittal to the California Integrated Waste Management Board (CIWMB). <br />Please contact me at (209) 468-8504 with any questions. <br />Sincerely, <br />W.
