The proposed project site is located outside <br /> City limits, but inside the City's Sphere of Influence. As such, the City appreciates the opportunity to <br /> review the proposed Site Application referral. After reviewing the subject application,the City of Manteca <br /> Development Services Department wishes to make the following comments: <br /> 1. The proposed right of way for Sedan Avenue west of Manteca Road was established through <br /> the Griffin Park Master Plan. This street section, shown below, establishes the right of way <br /> requirements for Sedan Avenue.The applicant for PA-2100138 (SA)will need to ensure that the <br /> corresponding right of way is preserved on site.
