Inert Storage Operation - paragraph 4 of this section includes the following, "C&D debris and other
reject materials are separated out by both machine and hand processing ... ". We need more detail
regarding the machine processing. Please include what type of machines will be used and what type of
processing will take place. Resubmit the updated pages to my department by email or regular mail.
2. CIWMB form E-1-77, part 5, Compliance with CEQA, Categorical Exemption - Have you submitted a
Notice of Exemption to the San Joaquin County clerk? Does the categorical exemption apply to the entire
RFI amendment#3?
Thx,
Garrett Backus
Registered Environmental Health Specialist
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Dept.
gbackus@sjcehd.com
voice: (209) 468-2986
fax: (209) 468-8392
5/12/2006
