NOE/CEQA <br /> • I discussed the NOE and CEQA with County Planning Director Kerry Sullivan, and she support the <br /> C&D Processing down below next the MRF as noted in the NOE <br /> • The map submitted on Oct. 12, 2006 as part of the last RFI Amendment submitted had inadvertently <br /> included a copy of the Master Plan map being prepared at the time showing the dirt berm around <br /> the inert processing area, where the plan is to go up on top with C&D in the future, where we know <br /> that with a SWFP Revision and CEQA in the future. <br /> • The NOE/CEQA is clearly for the C&D processing area next to the MRF and will be expressly noted <br /> in the next RFI Submittal. <br /> 1. Copy of the IIPP <br /> .
