Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Complaint inspection. <br /> As per manager, he is aware of the issue.Water from the domestic cold water line,was leaking on the prep sink in the <br /> restaurant back kitchen after 10 PM (when restaurant closed). Restaurant hours is from 5PM-10PM. Repair of the plumbing <br /> issue is done after operating hours that night till next day before 5 PM. Prep sink was not in use during after hours repair. <br /> As per manager, dish washer has some issues and they needed to order some parts. Dish washer was not in use for 3 weeks <br /> till repair.
