Violations 101, 203- <br /> a. Provide a timeline as to when the PE will complete an internal inspection of the tanks. Have the PE re- <br /> certify the tank assessment once the PE completes the internal inspection. <br /> i. Response:Juliette Freestone PE & Project Manager for Morris Shaffer Engineering, LLP will <br /> reach out to Elianna Florido -San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department to discuss <br /> internal inspection details and resolution of these violation—attached. <br /> 2. Violation 112—Submit a complete treatment system waste analysis plan, which includes a separate chemical <br /> analysis at the point of waste generation for rinse tanks 3,4,6,7,9,10, and 11, and clean out of the secondary <br /> containment under the processing line, before the wastes enter the treatment system.The data must <br /> demonstrate that the fluoride or metal content of the waste streams do not exceed hazardous waste regulatory <br /> levels. <br /> i. Response:The Treatment System Waste analysis plan for rinse tanks 3,4,6,7,9,10, and 11 will be <br /> submitted separately to Elianna Florido-San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department, <br /> pending sampling laboratory analysis report review and incorporation into the Waste Analysis <br /> Plan. <br /> ii. Response:Waste Analysis Plan with sample laboratory analysis—attached. <br /> 1. Note—on the date of sampling, Friday September 10, 2021,the secondary containment <br /> under the process line was dry.
