COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br /> 9:30 am <br /> 9:15 am <br />Time Out: <br />Time In: <br />Environmental Health Department <br />Name of Facility: CENTER STAGE BAR-B-QUE RESTAURANT BAR & GRILL LLC Date: 07/28/2021 <br />Address: 2210 W COUNTRY CLUB BLVD, STOCKTON 95204 <br />Owner/Operator: MCDANIEL, MARCUS Telephone: (209) 467-4988 <br />Program Element: 1600 - FOOD PROGRAM Complaint #: CO0054026 <br />Responsible Party Contact: <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />COMPLAINANT ORDERED PORK RIBS ON 7/11/21 AND WENT TO EAT THEM ON 7/12/21 AND SAID THEY SMELLED <br />LIKE ALCOHOL AND LIGHTER FLUID. VERY STRONG SMELL. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP º F -- COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />Spoke to owner who was not aware of this complaint, but he recalls that the charcoal that he used that day smelled wrong. It <br />also burned very hot. He did not use it any more (got rid of it). <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
