MARIPOSA RD. <br /> Activity Summary <br /> Activity Date Recorded by <br /> 01/13/2021 Received email from Elena Manzo 11-ead Senior REHS1. based on email I GAITAN <br /> attempted to contact Justin Padilla, engineering assistant I for SJC Public Works. <br /> Left a voicemail <br /> I also sent an email to Justin requested for an update on storm drain inspection on <br /> Mariposa Rd. <br /> 02/22/2021 Sent an email to Roy Valadez, <rvaladez@sjgov.org> asking about receiving an ALANIZ <br /> inspection report for the storm drain. <br /> Discussed with Jason Gaitan, REHS. <br /> Roy sent an email saying he would send the information he had to me. <br /> 02/22/2021 Received voicemail from John Alaniz IREHS1. Based on voicemail, I contacted GAITAN <br /> John and discussed complaint. Sent John a copy of spill map and address of <br /> storm drain. <br /> John forward the email to Roy Valadez, SJC Public Work- Storm unit. <br /> Received email that Roy would have an inspection report for the complaint. <br /> 03/04/2021 Reviewed email from Roy Valadez, Public Works. Sent in on 2-24-2021. GAITAN <br /> Email stated that he would have all information regarding the storm drain soon. <br /> 03/12/2021 Emailed John Alanis IREHSJ regarding any updates from Roy Valades, SJC PW. GAITAN <br /> 03/15/2021 Sent an email to Justin Padilla, <jpadilla@sjgov.org>, asking for the report to the ALANIZ <br /> storm drain. <br /> 05/11/2021 Reviewed complaint for closure. Called Justin Padilla 209-468-2907 (SJC Public MANZO <br /> Works), left a voice message asking for a copy of the storm drain system <br /> inspection and findings, provided my phone and emails. <br /> 05/12/2021 Emailed Valadez, Roy [PW] <rvaladez@sjgov.org> asking for findings and a copy MANZO <br /> of the storm drain system inspection report. <br /> 05/13/2021 Received several emails from Roy Baldez discussing the storm drain system MANZO <br /> inspection. He will have Justing Padilla forward me their storm drain system <br /> inspection report. <br /> 07/01/2021 Reviewed complaint, no email was received from Justin with Public Works, MANZO <br /> emailed Valadez, Roy [PW] <rvaladez@sjgov.org> asking for the update on the <br /> report status. Received an email back from Roy, he indicated that he will check on <br /> the status and get back to me. <br /> 07/06/2021 Received inspection report copy from San Joaquin County Public works for the MANZO <br /> allegedly impacted storm drain system. According to the inspection report by <br /> Justin Padilla, no petroleum indicators were present in the storm water system <br /> during the inspection.
