Filed email. <br /> 02/02/2021 Called Alex Steele at 209-337-8902. Discussed cleanup. Alex said he would not ALANIZ <br /> be able to check the area until 2/4/2021. <br /> 02/03/2021 Discussed complaint with Elena Manzo, lead senior. ALANIZ <br /> 02/04/2021 Notified Michelle Henry, Ld Sr REHS, where I observed the sheen in the water and FLORIDO <br /> where I took samples. <br /> 02/04/2021 Called Alex Steele 209-337-8902, and left a message. ALANIZ <br /> Called Dave Larsen and Tony Chaippe. Left message. <br /> Alex said that neither him or Dave were going to be able to go to the site today. <br /> Dave was going to inspect the area on Saturday to determine if the area. <br /> Updated Michelle Henry and Elena Manzo. <br /> Received a call from Tony. The field is still flooded. Tony wants to drain the field <br /> but is waiting until the EHD is satisfied with the area. <br /> 02/05/2021 Discussed complaint with Michelle Henry who will be meeting with PG&E at the ALANIZ <br /> site on Saturday. <br /> Updated Elena Manzo. <br /> 02/06/2021 Called Property owner Tony Chiappe (209)471-5791to inform him I would be HENRY <br /> meeting with PG&E on his property at 12. He said ok.1 informed him I would call <br /> after the inspection and let him know what we found. He said ok. Met with Dave <br /> Larsen and Zack, Clean Harbors. Looked at impacted area. The area was still <br /> flooded but not as much as previously. I looked along the edges where the water <br /> had receded and did not see a sheen. I walked along and looked at the flooded <br /> area and did not notice a sheen. I did notice a small film in two areas that <br /> appeared to be from pollen/organic material. No further clean-up required at this <br /> time. I called Tony and explained what I had seen. I told him it was ok to start <br /> moving the water through his property. He asked me to send him something in <br /> writing. I said I would. I also explained for him to give PG&E and EHD a call if he <br /> notices a sheen after the next rain. He said he would. Sent a text to Tony and <br /> explained what was written above. OK to abate complaint. <br /> 12:00pm-1:00pm <br /> 02/08/2021 Got an update on the complaint from Michelle Henry. ALANIZ <br /> 02/25/2021 Called Alex Steele, 209-337-8902. He said that one 20 yard roll-off bin was ALANIZ <br /> generated from the incident and it was taken to forward landfill for disposal. <br /> Asked him to send me the final disposal records when he received them. <br /> 03/25/2021 Sent an email to Alex Steele , <R2Sv@pge.com>, asking for the disposal record ALANIZ <br /> for the waste. <br /> 03/31/2021 Received the final disposal record fro Alex Steele, <R2Sv@pge.com>, on ALANIZ <br /> 3/25/2021.
