Patriot Environmental Services is onsite and will be done with offloading <br /> Container UMXU257619 in about an hour. He reported they feel the released <br /> material is suspected to be enamel paint, but will update me upon confirming. <br /> 7:15 PM I called Brandon Eck (Patriot Environmental Services Site Supervior) <br /> 916-767-9598. He told me he was getting material at Home Depot for block and <br /> bracing. I asked if he could call or text me within one hour of completing the <br /> cleanup. He agreed. He told me it will be a while as they are experiencing issue <br /> with locating a pallet jack. <br /> 8:39 PM Received a call from Paul Holt with status. He reported the released <br /> material was UN 1263 black enamel paint from a 55-gallon drum that was <br /> damaged during transit due to no blocking and bracing. <br /> Received email from Paul Holt with photos of label on damaged drum and SDS <br /> sheet for released material. <br /> 11:50 PM Received ext from Brandon that they are an hour from completing the <br /> cleanup. <br /> 11/23/2020 Received pager notification from SJC General Hospital. Gave me contact GAITAN <br /> information for BIII Holcomb, emergency dispatch. Contacted Bill, he stated an <br /> unknown amount of paint was released inside a shipping container at BNSF site <br /> located in 1000 Roth Rd. <br /> He stated that Patriot Environmental was on route to clean-up paint.
