After completion of this inspection, notices of intent may be submitted on a monthly basis. <br /> D Chlorpyrifos <br /> D Chlorpyrifos <br /> To help minimize bystander exposure and offsite movement of chlorpyrifos during applications and reduce runoff after <br /> applications. These conditions apply to products containing chlorpyrifos labeled for the production of an agricultural <br /> commodity. <br /> 1.Use the following minimum application setback distances for applications adjacent to sensitive sites as defined by the label <br /> or designated by the Commissioner: <br /> Application Method Minimum Setback Distance(ft) <br /> Ground Boom 25 <br /> Chemigation 25 <br /> Airblast 50 <br /> Aerial(Fixed wing or rotary) 150 <br /> The setback distance extends in all directions from the edge of the sensitive site to the edge of the treatment area. Setbacks <br /> are in effect only during the application. <br /> Do not apply this product if anyone is in the setback area. Exception: Handlers, and vehicles and persons riding bicycles <br /> passing through the setback area on public or private roadways are permitted. <br /> 2.All applications must take place with a minimum wind speed of 3 mph and not more than 10 mph as measured at a height of <br /> four feet above the ground. <br /> 3.For airblast applications: <br /> -Spray the outside crop row from outside in, directing the spray into the treatment area and shutting off nozzles on the side of <br /> the sprayer away from the treatment area. <br /> -Shut off top nozzles when treating smaller trees, vines,or bushes to minimize spray movement above the canopy. <br /> 4.APPLICATION CONDITIONS TO PROTECT SURFACE WATER <br /> Incorporate or clean-up granules that are spilled during loading or are visible on the soil surface in turn areas. <br /> QL Dicamba and Phenoxy <br /> CONDITION-QL-DICAMBA AND PHENOXY HERBICIDES-north Eight Mile Rd. <br /> In addition to all applicable laws, regulations and label restrictions, the CONDITIONS CHECKED BELOW APPLY to <br /> applications covered by this permit. <br /> [X] 1.
