Airport Way, Stockton, CA.
The Environmental Health Department (EHD) received a referral from the Public Health
Services regarding a child with elevated blood lead levels living at the above address on
March 30, 2009. The dwelling was tested for lead and deteriorated lead-based paint, lead
contaminated dust and lead contaminated soil. The owners of the property have been
asked to mitigate the lead exposure hazards found. Enclosed is a copy of the notification
letter sent to the property owners.
This letter is to inform you of the substandard condition which exists at this property. The
EHD is currently working with the owners to reduce lead exposure hazards. Your office
will again be notified when the owners have complied with directions given. Should the
owners fail to mitigate lead exposure hazards, you will be notified.
If you have any questions on this matter, please call me at (209) 468-9965.
Omran Sood, Senior REHS
Environmental Health Department
