The planned locations of the residence and new <br /> septic system are depicted in Figure 2. No additional development is proposed for the <br /> property. <br /> 1.3. PARCEL VICINITY LOCATION MAP <br /> San Joaquin County Assessor's Map Book 61 Page 12 depicts the site parcel (APN 061- <br /> 120-590) in the center of the page. The parcel is bordered to the north (061-120-370, <br /> 061-120-100, and 061-120-030), south (061-120-610), east (061-120-190, 061-120-180, <br /> and 061-120-170) and west (061-120-580) by single-family residential properties. The <br /> parcel vicinity map and a satellite overview map are included in Appendix A. <br /> 1.4. SITE MAP <br /> A plan of the specific site features (i.e., structures, drives, wells, septic systems, large <br /> trees, pastures, etc.) is illustrated in Figure 2. <br /> 2.0. PRESENT AND PAST USAGE OF SITE <br /> The property is currently being used for residential purposes and has been since 1921. <br /> The smaller residence on the property was constructed in 1921 and the larger residence <br /> was constructed in 2014. Prior to residential development, the property may have been <br /> used for light agricultural purposes. The property is situated approximately one mile <br /> southeast of the City of Lodi in the north portion of San Joaquin County, California. <br /> 2.1 POTENTIAL SITE PROBLEM ASSESSMENT <br /> Water supply for the property is currently provided by the existing onsite domestic water <br /> wells. Both wells are over 100 feet away from the existing septic systems. The proposed <br /> septic system will be installed over 100 feet away from the onsite domestic water wells <br /> and all surrounding water wells (Figure 2). The development of a residence and new <br /> septic system will not affect water being supplied to the property. <br /> 3.0. EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> The existing septic system serving the larger residence includes a 2,000-gallon septic <br /> tank, three (3) 80-foot-long leach lines, and three (3) 36-inch diameter and 25-foot-deep <br /> seepage pits. The existing septic system serving the smaller residence consists of an <br /> approximately 1,200-gallon septic tank with two (2) compartments and three (3) 50-foot- <br /> long leach lines (Figure 2).
