COMPLAINANT <br /> TOOK FOOD BACK TO HAVE IT REMADE AND AGAIN THEY RECEIVED OLD FOOD. COMPLAINANT WENT BACK <br /> AND EMPLOYEE REFUSED TO REMAKE FOOD AND JUST GAVE A REFUND." <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> fries-out of fryer oil--211.00°F fries at hot hold--165.00°F <br /> NOTES <br /> General Manager(GM)is on duty and is aware of the complaint. GM states that he is the one that took the order. GM states <br /> that the customer ordered the nacho fries not bean and cheese burritos and crunchy tacos(when complainant was called <br /> prior to the investigation,these are the food items the complainant stated were ordered). <br /> GM states that the customer stated that the fries were cold. He instructed the customer(at drive thru)to pull to the front of the <br /> store to wait for a new order of fries. The fries take 3 minutes and it would hold up the other cars in the drive thru line. GM <br /> states that the customer got upset, came inside the store and began video recording the staff. <br /> At the time of the inspection,fries were fried to 211 F (hot hold fries are 165F)and all food on site have a USE BY date of <br /> 8-1-21 or later.
