LATER THAT EVENING COMPLAINT, COMPLAINANTS <br /> 22 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER,AND HUSBAND ALL HAD EXPLOSIVE DIARRHEA THAT LASTED MOST OF THE NIGHT. <br /> COMPLAINT'S HUSBAND ALSO HAD HORRIBLE SWEATS BEFORE THE DIARRHEA STARTED. COMPLAINANT HAS <br /> AN MSG SENSITIVITY SO DID NOT EAT VERY MUCH KNOWING SHE WOULD HAVE A PROBLEM. OTHER FAMILY <br /> MEMBERS DO NOT HAVE THE MSG SENSITIVITY. COMPLAINT THINKS POSSIBLY FACILITY IS USING THE WRONG <br /> TYPE OF MSG. COMPLAINANT HAS NOT CONTACTED THE RESTAURANT NOR WERE ANY DOCTORS <br /> CONTACTED. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible Major <br /> OBSERVATIONS:At time of inspection hand sink was full with peeled onions.There were boxes semi-blocking sink. It <br /> lacked hand soap.This sink shall be used only for hand washing. Hand sink shall always be kept fully accessible for proper <br /> hand washing. It shall have hand washing supplies at all times. Correct, immediately. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Handwashing soap and towels or drying device shall be provided in dispensers dispensers shall be <br /> maintained in good repair. (113953.2) Adequate facilities shall be provided for hand washing,food preparation and the washing of <br /> utensils and equipment. (113953, 113953.1, 114067(0) <br /> #7 Hot and Cold Holding Temperatures Major <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Saw lots of potentially hazardous foods out of temperature control. One box of eggs(cook stated that it <br /> has been out since 11 am, but it is now at room temperature of 78 F). Large bin with raw chicken next to fryer at 63 F. Fried <br /> chicken nuggets at 59 F.All potentially hazardous foods shall be maintained at 41 F or lower at all times. For food that is <br /> constantly used at cooks line, provide an ice bath at all times and sell that food by 2 hours. Once eggs are received, they <br /> shall be refrigerated. Ok to keep one flat of eggs at any one time. Correct, immediately. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Potentially hazardous foods shall be held at or below 41/45°F or at or above 135°F.
