<br />	Spoke to employee and owner's son (over the phone).They were not aware of this complaint. Owner was not on site at time
<br />	of inspection. No one in site has been ill. Owner's son stated that beef chow mein comes with beef, soy bean oil, soy sauce,
<br />	green onions, onions, bean sprouts, lettuce, sugar, msg, and maybe oyster sauce. Chicken poppers are prepared with fresh
<br />	chicken, eggs, garlic powder, black pepper, sugar, spicy mayonaise, spices, and flour.
<br />	Observations: see report. Employee health ok, no evidence of vermin, hot water available.
<br />	A re-inspection will take place in 1 week due to major violations
<br />      The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and
