a. Update on this month's inspections <br />A reminder to complete the monthly inspection for your building if you have not done so. <br />This is an important task that should be done in a timely manner. <br />If time constraints are not allowing you to complete the monthly inspections, please reach out to Human Resources <br />so we can come up with options for your area. <br />3. Second Quarter Drill <br />a. Fire Drill (Due: June 30) <br />b. First Quarter Drill Update <br />Asked for an update on first quarter drill (active shooter) as we have not yet received the completed forms and sign <br />in sheets for most of the trainings. <br />Second quarterly drill (Fire Drill) due by June 30. <br />4. Live Well, Work Well April Newsletter <br />- Shared the Heffernan Live Well, Work Well newsletter. <br />Great monthly newsletter that our carrier puts together for their clients. <br />- The April newsletter has some great information on Alcohol Awareness month, how to get mental health support <br />during the pandemic, and how 11 minutes of exercise per day can improve your health. <br />- We highly encourage our safety committee members to post the newsletter in a place where employees can see it as <br />it does contain important phone numbers that may be used as resources. <br />5. Reopening Plans <br />a. Current county status <br />b. Reopening plan <br />As our CHID Users communication (sent out on 03/26) stated, once counties are in the orange tier of COVID-19 <br />spread risk, the respective offices in those counties are expected to open to the public. <br />This does not mean that the offices will reopen to the public as it was before the pandemic but will be open in a <br />limited capacity, per county guidelines. <br />A reopening COVID-19 spread prevention plan must be written by each of the offices and returned to HR for review <br />at least 30 days before the planned reopening. <br />If a spread prevention plan has not been written for your office, please use the Santa Rosa prevention plan as an <br />example to write your own. <br />Committee members were asked to give us an update on the current county status and the reopening plans during <br />the Round Table Discussion. <br />6. Round Table Discussion <br />- Juanita — Lakeport — She completed the Active Shooter drill and incorporated the partners in the Lakeport office. <br />Lake County is in the orange tier.
