office partners have not been yet. Unsure of the date when they will be opening doors to the public, as partners will <br />need to be incorporated. <br />- Victor— Mahal Plaza —Sutter County is currently still in the red tier. Mahal Plaza has their office open to the <br />tenants for a window of 2 hours per day. Visits to the office are by appointment only and tenants are seen one at a <br />time. There are four staff members at Mahal and three of them are fully vaccinated Staff are feeling more <br />comfortable about working with clients. Mahal continues to follow all COVID-19 safety protocols like wearing masks, <br />maintaining social distance, and sanitizing work areas. Victor and Jaswinder will schedule active shooter trainer this <br />month. <br />- Shira — Stonehouse — Things are going well at Stonehouse. Shira conducted the Active Shooter drill on Wednesday <br />and incorporated both clients and staff. She showed the videos and discussed the different scenarios about what to <br />do in case of an active shooter. The team came up with one exit strategy for when people are on the ground floor <br />and one exit strategy for people upstairs. Clients were participative. Sonoma County is in the orange tier, but <br />Stonehouse is not normally open to the public. They still have a sign out front and those coming or making deliveries <br />to employees must call the employees ahead of time when they get to parking lot. Stonehouse continues to follow <br />careful protocol and takes temperatures, marks any symptoms, wears masks all day long, and are doing extra <br />sanitizing of the living areas. All staff members are vaccinated, and clients are getting vaccinated as well. They expect <br />to be having more sponsor visits and those will be outside where they are distanced and wearing masks. Family visits <br />may happen as well. Family members visiting will need to show that they are vaccinated before visiting the clients. <br />Shira mentioned the possible need of a gate at driveway with an intercom because; strangers have been coming into <br />the property/driveway. <br />Gil — Calistoga — Napa County is currently in the orange tier. All the Napa Farmworker Housing locations are <br />carefully following safety protocols and guidelines enforced by Napa County and are functioning as usual. They have <br />not yet completed the Active Shooter drill. Gil will be asking Maricela to help the locations plan their drills. <br />Mary — Sacramento — The Active Shooter drill for Sacramento is scheduled for Thursday, 04/15. Sacramento County <br />is still in the red tier, but according to the governor of California, June 15 is the expected state-wide opening. Most <br />people in the office have been vaccinated. All COVID-19 safety procedures are being followed. Office is open for <br />appointments and walk ins, but everyone must wear a mask. Mary will help schedule the fire drill for the month of <br />May. Mary also advised that the Sacramento office will be moving to Woodland during the first week of June! <br />Thomas — Santa Rosa — Thomas thanked committee members for staying in the committee and keeping the site <br />safe and healthy. Recognizes we still have to take our precautions, but is thankful for the work the committee puts in. <br />Moriah — Olivehurst —Yuba County is in the red tier, but the office is partially open. The Olivehurst office completed <br />the Active Shooter drill. They included roleplay for the drill. They are still closely following all COVID protocols for <br />safety. <br />
