Alejandra — Lodi — San Joaquin county is still in the red tier. Things are going well in Lodi and the office is open on
an appointment basis while following the safety protocols of the county. They are allowed to see four clients per
hour and they can be in the building for just one hour. Any accompanying family members must wait outside. Staff
members are trying hard to enforce and educate that it is for clients 'own safety. All COVID safety protocols are being
followed, temperatures are taken, they are social distancing and wearing masks. Kids are back to school and have the
option of doing distance learning. All staff members have been vaccinated. Very good response for vaccine campaign
for clients as well.
Lorena — Dixon — Solano County still in the red tier. The office is open by appointment and telephone appointments
are available. Lobby and slot to slip information they may need. No more than two people at a time are currently
allowed in the office. Children and family members must remain outside. Some schools are open in Solano County as
well. Lorena and the Dixon office are still thinking about how best to reopen once they hit the orange tier. As their
current setup seems to be working, they will try to take all the same precautions in the orange tier.
Berenice — Healdsburg/Fulton — Berenice will schedule the active shooter drill. The Healdsburg/Fulton Day Labor
Centers are waiting for the direction of the city to determine reopening. Fulton is closed fully, but the goal is to
reopen in May twice a week. They are also working hard to provide vaccine appointments for clients and
encouraging people to get vaccinated.
Gloria — Galt — Already had their active shooter training and it went well. Sacramento County is still in the red tier.
Office is open by appointment only and everyone is still following proper protocol. Almost all staff are vaccinated.
Action Items:
o Complete your building inspections if you have not done so already.
o Share safety minutes and Live Well, Work Well newsletter with your teams and post
them on bulletin boards.
o Active Shooter Drill isasp t due. Please complete if you haven't and send paperwork to
Paula as soon as possible.
o Start planning Fire Drill (due by June 30).
o If you have not created a COVID-19 Spread Prevention plan for your office reopening,
touch base with your supervisor and complete as soon as possible.
