Please make sure it's from a trusted source before you open the <br /> attachment or click on the link <br /> Sia Mohsenzadegan, <br /> I have not received a response to the request for a copy of the employee training records for the past three years <br /> showing the following required business plan training elements have been addressed: <br /> • Business plans shall include provisions for ensuring that appropriate personnel receive initial and <br /> annual refresher training.
