Road access is from W. Schulte Road to the <br /> north. The site is located on the Tracy Topographic Map(see <br /> Figure 1, behind the Figures tab). Latitude is 37 degrees,43 <br /> minutes, 17 seconds North and longitude is 121 degrees, 39 <br /> minutes,24 seconds West. <br /> Spill Response Team <br /> The following individuals, who have been identified by Owens-Brockway Plant#22,make up <br /> the facility's SPCC Team. The members of the SPCC Team are delegated specific tasks for <br /> the development, implementation, and revision of the SPCC. The members consist of Owens- <br /> Brockway plant personnel and management. <br /> The following individuals make up Owens-Brockway Plant#22 SPCC Team: <br /> • Environmental Specialist,Team Leader/Spill Coordinator <br /> • Plant Manager or Assistant Plant manager <br /> • A Shift Chief from each shift: the cold end foreman for whatever shift is on. <br /> • One person from each shift that typically handles the distribution and handling of oil: the <br /> floor attendant for whatever shift is on <br /> The following tasks have been assigned: <br /> • Plan Implementation <br /> • Best Management Practice Selections <br /> 9 May 2017 <br />
