Purpose <br /> The purpose of this plan is to identify potential sources of oil discharges, and facilities and <br /> procedures to prevent and contain an oil spill. This plan is aimed primarily at the prevention <br /> of oil spills, and preventing oil spills from going offsite and impacting the waters of the U.S. <br /> This SPCC Plan addresses: <br /> • Oil storage and handling facilities. <br /> • A description of the containment vessels and diversionary structures and drainage flow <br /> patterns. <br /> • Procedures and methods used to prevent discharges to navigable waters. <br /> • Equipment and countermeasures for containment and reclamation of spills. <br /> • Procedures for operations, inspections, and record keeping. <br /> • A separate section for hazardous materials not governed under 40 CFR 112 (included <br /> as Appendix H in this Plan). <br /> 14 May 2017 <br />
