(Supervisorial District 1)) <br />OWNER: Ligurian Village Properties, LLC. APPLICANT: Same <br />ADDRESS: 4860 E. Main Street, Stockton APN: 173-210-14 <br />INFORMATION: <br />The site is not currently located within a Federal Emergency Management Agency Designated <br />Flood Hazard Area. <br />Main Street has an existing and planned right-of-way width of 84 feet. <br />Miwuk Village Drive has an existing and planned right-of-way width of 60 feet. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />1) A County encroachment permit shall be required for all work within County road right-of- <br />way. (Note: Driveway encroachment permits are for flatwork only — all vertical features, <br />including but not limited to fences, walls, private light standards, rocks, landscaping and <br />cobbles are not allowed in the right-of-way.)
