A . shall be contacted 48 - hours prior to any lateral crossing of a j oint trench or trenching within the right- of-way . 8 . Hold Harmless Provision : The Developer shall defend , indemnify , and hold harmless the MHCSD , its agents , officers , and employees , from any claim , action, or proceeding against the MHCSD , its agents , officers , or employees , to attack, set aside , void , or annul an approval of MHCSD concerning any MHCSD condition, which action is brought within the time provided for in Section 66499 . 37 of the Government Code . 9 . Complete , replace or install any missing or damaged frontage improvements/ street improvements on all side along the edges of the development . 10 . Traffic and Transportation : The developer shall improve all streets shown on the plans and other transportation improvements as described in the following : • The street improvements shall include all street pavement , curbs , gutters , sidewalks , landscaping , lighting , signs underground utilities , etc . • The MHCSD may allow phase improvements subject to subdivision agreement or bonding . • Bond for traffic signal at Arnaudo Boulevard and Tradition Street and the fiber optic line and associated fiber optic equipment along Arnaudo Boulevard from Mountain House Parkway to Central Parkway . When warranted complete the installation of the traffic signal installation at Arnaudo Boulevard and Tradition Street . Install the fiber optic cable along Arnaudo Boulevard from Mountain House Pkwy to Central Pkwy and connect the fiber optic cable to each intermediate traffic signal cabinet and each end point traffic signal cabinet .
