requirements of the County Assessor and Community Development Department GIS <br /> division and the MHCSD digital file format . Condition shall be met prior to <br /> construction . <br /> 5 . Grading : Except where allowed otherwise by the MHCSD , the grading of the project <br /> shall be such that all stormwater runoff shall drain to public streets , public alleys , <br /> Mountain House Creek, Old River , or drainage facilities within easements for storm - <br /> drainage purposes . <br /> 6 . Truck Management Plan : Traffic shall comply with the Construction Truck <br /> Management Plan administered by the MHCSD . Project construction plans shall <br /> include specifications to the contractor outlining compliance requirements . A traffic <br /> control plan showing construction traffic routes within the MHCSD ' s boundary shall <br /> be provided for approval by the MHCSD prior to the commencement of any <br /> construction . This plan is required from the Developer , the builders , and all <br /> contractors and subcontracts working within MHCSD ' s boundary . The Developer <br /> shall pay all review fees prior to the approval of the plan . <br /> 7 . U . S . A . Requirement : U . S . A . shall be contacted 48 - hours prior to any lateral crossing <br /> of a j oint trench or trenching within the right- of-way . <br /> 8 . Hold Harmless Provision : The Developer shall defend , indemnify , and hold <br /> harmless the MHCSD , its agents , officers , and employees , from any claim , action, <br /> or proceeding against the MHCSD , its agents , officers , or employees , to attack, set <br /> aside , void , or annul an approval of MHCSD concerning any MHCSD condition, <br /> which action is brought within the time provided for in Section 66499 . 37 of the <br /> Government Code . <br /> 9 . Complete , replace or install any missing or damaged frontage improvements/ street <br /> improvements on all side along the edges of the development . <br /> 10 . Traffic and Transportation : The developer shall improve all streets shown on the <br /> plans and other transportation improvements as described in the following : <br /> • The street improvements shall include all street pavement , curbs , gutters , <br /> sidewalks , landscaping , lighting , signs underground utilities , etc . <br /> • The MHCSD may allow phase improvements subject to subdivision agreement <br /> or bonding . <br /> • Bond for traffic signal at Arnaudo Boulevard and Tradition Street and the fiber <br /> optic line and associated fiber optic equipment along Arnaudo Boulevard from <br /> Mountain House Parkway to Central Parkway . When warranted complete the <br /> installation of the traffic signal installation at Arnaudo Boulevard and Tradition <br /> Street . Install the fiber optic cable along Arnaudo Boulevard from Mountain <br /> House Pkwy to Central Pkwy and connect the fiber optic cable to each <br /> intermediate traffic signal cabinet and each end point traffic signal cabinet .
